Working closely with our UK-based clients doing business in Ireland, and our UK legal colleagues, on cross-border transactions is of key importance to Matheson. With increasing demand for Irish legal services from UK-based financial institutions and corporates, the firm’s London team plays an essential role in managing UK-based relationships and in facilitating client access to the wide range of cross-sectoral Irish legal services provided by Matheson.
